Submissions
Wondering where your Blog is? If it is a 'Standard' Blog and it has not been approved it will have been deleted
from our database. Otherwise you can manage your Blog by clicking here : ¶ Manage Your Blog.
If it is still awaiting Approval it will not yet appear in Blog Displays or Searches.
Approval
We aim to review your Blog within 1-5 days of receiving your submission, although this can take longer due to circumstances
beyond our control. If your approval has not occurred within 5 days please contact us.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold UK Blog Directory harmless from any and all demands, liabilities,
losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against PCS, its agents, its customers, officers
and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product or service
provided by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UK Blog Directory
against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products or services sold or otherwise distributed
by us; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer by UK Blog Directory.
External Suppliers
Where UK Blog Directory act as agents/partners/affiliates on behalf of organisations outside of UK Blog Directory, any dispute between the
customer and any of these organisations must be resolved directly between the customer and that organisation. Whilst UK Blog Directory
will assist in the resolution of any dispute they cannot be held responsible for any dispute or resolution.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. We collect information
from you for two reasons: firstly, to process your submission and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will
not e-mail you in the future unless it is regarding our supplied service.
We do not hold your private information within
our system.
